Our Policies

  • Shipping and Refund Policy

    We currently ship in 72 hours for prints and 7 to 10 days for bleached blanks. Saturday and Sunday are not business days . We are not responsible for carrier delays or damages .
    We have a NO REFUND policy but will replace anything wrong due to an error on our part . Packages are usually recieved in 4 to 6 business days once shipped , but can take up to 14 days depending on shipping delays

  • Sublimation Need To Know

    * These transfers will not print white ink. If there is white in the design it will become the color of the fabric you apply it to.

    * Each transfer has a ONE time use.

    * Image color may vary slightly due to computer screen resolution

    * Sublimation will NOT work on cotton or dark colored shirts

  • Replacement Policy

    UPON RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL HAVE 72 HOURS TO LET US KNOW OF ANY ISSUES. OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT.
